What will be awarded in each category?

Gold, Sliver and Bronze awards will be available in each category and will be awarded at the judges discretion.

Terms & Conditions

The Love Radio Awards are organised by Alchemy Event Management Ltd (Company Reg 396346) and Adworld Ventures Ltd.

All entries for The 2016 Love Radio Awards must be received by Wednesday January 20th 2016

The Entry deadlines may be extended at the discretion of the organisers.

All entries must be a truthful representation of the entrant’s involvement in the radio advertising industry.

Entries are encouraged either directly or from external contracted third parties acting for the putative nominee.

All entrants agree to be bound by the decisions of the judges and accept no correspondence, telephone, email or communication of any kind will be entered into in relation to decisions reached.

All material submitted in support of an entry is warranted by the entrant to be their property and is entered without any encumbrances by third parties.

The entrant indemnifies, and agrees to keep indemnified, the organisers of the Love Radio Awards for any claims arising out of any material, statements or claims made as part of their entry.

The entrant agrees that the organisers of the awards are entitled to judge their entry and select what they consider to be the winner in a given category without recourse to the entrants.

The entrant agrees that should they be shortlisted for an Award they will provide a representative to attend the award ceremony to accept the trophy in the event they are successful.

In the event a shortlisted company does not attend the Awards, the organisers reserve the right to withdraw their entry or entries from the shortlist without recourse.

If the entrant wins an award it grants permission to the organisers to use any photographs, video, sound, written or other material as it sees fit and without restriction.

Entries received without the prerequisite information will be deemed invalid and withdrawn from the Awards.

The Love Radio Awards reserves the right to withdraw an entry from the judging process at any time if the entry is deemed inappropriate for any reason.

Love Radio Awards decision is final in all matters relation to entries and judging.

Organisers reserve the right not to award a category at its own discretion and without recourse to the entrants of said category.

Event Industry Awards reserve the right to nominate the entrant in additional categories that the organisers feel appropriate.

The person named on the entry form will be the used as the point of contact by the Event Industry Awards.

If the name of the nominated contact person changes, the Love Radio Awards must be contacted immediately.

Shortlisted entrants may be required to provide additional information upon request from the Event Industry Awards.

Entries will be judged by a panel of judges.

Organisations can enter as many categories as they like.

Sponsors cannot enter the category they are sponsoring.

The winners of the awards may state in advertising, promotional material and on their stationery that they are a winner, but this must make it clear which category and the year in which they won.

The Love Radio Awards and all its Intellectual Property remains the sole copyright of Alchemy Event Management Limited and Adworld Ventures Ltd. and is joint venture between these two companies, all rights reserved.

These rules and regulations will be subject to the laws of Republic of Ireland.

The decisions of Alchemy Event Management and Adworld Ventures Ltd. will be final in all matters and no correspondence will be entered into.

Campaigns must have been on air between October 1st 2014 and December 31st 2015.

Entries must have aired on a commercial radio station broadcasting under license in either the Republic of Ireland and/or Northern Ireland.

Client permission must be sought before entry.

Entries cannot be returned.

All entries will be treated in the strictest confidence and will NEVER be shared with any third party.

Judges will be excluded from voting on any entries from their own firm or network.

Entry fees are non refundable.

CONDITIONS

Competition is subject to these Official Rules.

By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these complete Official Rules.

All decisions of The Organisers are final and binding; and entrants agree to waive any right to claim ambiguity in the Competition or these Official Rules, except where prohibited by law.

By accepting an award, winner agrees to release the organisers, the sponsors, their representatives, affiliates, together with the respective directors, employees, officers, licensees, licensors and agents of each, including without limitation, their respective advertising and promotion entities and any person or entity associated with the production, judging, or administration of the Contest, (collectively, the Releases) from any and all liability, loss or damage arising from or in connection with awarding, receipt and/or use or misuse of award or participation in any award-related activities.

The Organisers may cancel the contest for any reason, at their sole discretion.

The Organisers reserve the right to disqualify any entrant it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Contest or violating these Official Rules. The Releases shall not be liable for: (i) late, lost, delayed, misdirected, incomplete unreadable, inaccurate, garbled or unintelligible entries, or communications; (ii) broadband, cable, telephone system, telephone or computer hardware, software or other technical or computer malfunctions, lost connections, disconnections, delays or transmission errors; (iii) data corruption, theft, destruction, unauthorized access to or alteration of entry or other materials; (iv) any injuries, losses or damages of any kind caused by acceptance of the award or resulting from acceptance, possession or use of a award, or from participation in the Contest; or (v) any printing, typographical, administrative or technological errors in any materials associated with the Contest. The Organisers disclaim any liability for damage to any computer system resulting from participating in, or accessing or downloading information in connection with this Contest, and reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to cancel, modify or suspend the Contest should a virus, bug, computer problem, unauthorized intervention or other causes beyond The Organisers’ control, corrupt the administration, security or proper play of the Contest. The Organisers may prohibit an entrant from participating in the Contest or winning award if, in its sole discretion, it determines such entrant is attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Contest in any way by cheating, hacking, deception, or any other unfair playing practices of intending to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other Entrants or Organisers representatives. Disputes regarding these Official Rules and/or this Contest will be governed by the laws of The Republic of Ireland.

Entrant acknowledges and agrees that The Organisers reserves the right to amend, modify or terminate the competition at any time.

Caution: any attempt to deliberately damage The Organisers or any of the sponsors and/or contest-related web sites or undermine the legitimate operation of the contest may be in violation of criminal and civil laws and will result in disqualification from participation in the contest. Should such an attempt be made, The Organisers reserve the right to seek remedies and damages (including legal fees) to the fullest extent of the law, including criminal prosecution.

Intellectual property rights

The Organisers shall not be involved in any dispute and shall be held harmless and free of any liability in any dispute regarding intellectual property rights. By entering this Competition, Entrant warrants that Entry does not infringe on the Intellectual Property rights of others.

PRIVACY

All personal information collected by the Organisers and or Sponsor will be used for administration of the Contest and in accordance with data protection laws governing the Republic of Ireland

Winners will be posted on The Organisers’ web site.
